FAQs - ASK US ANYTHING

DO WE GET BLACK & WHITE PHOTOS?
Yes, black and white photos are included in your package. We shoot 80% color and 20% black and white. 

DO YOU OFFER USB FLASH DRIVES?
Yes, You will receive both all your high-resolution photos as digital downloads and a USB Flash Drive with all your high-resolution wedding photos. (Your photos are not watermarked and you will receive full rights to print and re-print). USB's not included on promotional packages.

HOW FAR AHEAD ARE YOU BOOKED FOR WEDDINGS?
Typically, we book wedding photo shoots up to two years before the scheduled wedding date.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU!?
First of all, please get in touch. Send us an email or call us. It’s great for us to meet before you book us, so we can get to know you a little better. If you are a little further away, we can talk over Zoom or Google Meet. If you can’t meet us though, it’s no problem, we will meet you one day!. To secure a date we require 30% of the total collection cost and the balance is payable one month before the wedding date.

DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes we have professional Liability insurance for up to $1 million. That should just about cover it!

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?
At a wedding we typically take over 2000 photographs. We then work our magic, picking out all the best images, removing photos where you may be blinking or mid sentence! We don’t limit the number of wedding photographs that we give to you, but you can expect over 400 photographs. We typically deliver from our weddings more than 750 photographs, much more than you’ll ever need!

HOW MANY IMAGES ARE INCLUDED IN MY CUSTOM DESIGNED ALBUM?
Depending on the package, your wedding album will normally include 40+ images.

DO YOU TAKE ANY FORM POSED PHOTOGRAPHS?
Yes, we love taking posed pictures on your wedding day. However, we try to keep the posed photographs limited because most of our clients like have extra time to enjoy their wedding day, and not be interrupted by the wedding photographer. For this reason, we also offer Bridal Photography & Newlywed Day After Sessions.

WHAT ARE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Engagement photoshoot sessions are a great add on to your wedding photography packages. It usually last for about one to two hours. Your engagement session can only be done Monday - Thursday... 

IS IT GOOD FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM TO SEE EACH OTHER BEFORE THE WEDDING?
This question is asked a lot. It depends on the bride and groom. While most couples do, others do not. Now as a wedding photographer I would say yes to this question, it is usually a good idea for the bride and groom to consider seeing each other before the wedding. We make it a special moment when both of you can see each other for the first time on your wedding day, and our wedding photographers capture great emotion between the bride and groom, and their family. It also provides time to take family and bridal party shots, so that the bride and groom do not miss their cocktail hour later in the day.

DO YOU OFFER CINEMATOGRAPHY SERVICES?
Yes. We have video included in some of our packages in order to complement your wedding photography package.

DO YOU DO PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. We will work with you to break it up into three easy installments. Be sure to also ask about our financing options.
